• All orders are confirmed by call/WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Once confirmed, orders are dispatched the same day or by 4 PM on business days.
• No new or current orders will be shipped to customers who have refused Cash on Delivery in the past unless 100% prepayment is received.
• Orders are not processed on Friday and Sunday.
• For Cash on Delivery, payment will be collected at the Shipping Address. Separate Billing and Shipping Addresses are supported only for prepaid orders.
